1. Website Use

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, and other information are accurate. Reasonable variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, manufacturing, or screen settings.

3. Prices & Availability

Prices and product availability may change. If a material pricing, listing, or availability error occurs, BEAADORI may cancel the affected order and provide the applicable resolution in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders & Payment

An order placed on the website is subject to product availability, successful payment where applicable, and acceptance by BEAADORI. Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by the BEAADORI Shipping & Delivery Policy. BEAADORI uses Shiprocket as its logistics and delivery partner.

6. Refund & Replacement

BEAADORI provides replacement for verified product issues such as damage, breakage, manufacturing or quality defects, or finish-related quality concerns, distortion, or an incorrect product being delivered.  BEAADORI primarily resolves eligible product issues through replacement. A refund may be provided in exceptional circumstances where the replacement piece is unavailable, out of stock, discontinued, or BEAADORI is otherwise unable to provide a suitable replacement due to circumstances on the seller's side. All such requests are subject to verification and the applicable Refund & Replacement Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content, including logos, photographs, product images, text, graphics, designs, and other material, belongs to or is licensed to BEAADORI and/or The Old Cottage and may not be used without prior permission.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the BEAADORI Privacy Policy.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and for following applicable product-care instructions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

BEAADORI is a brand of The Old Cottage, registered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable statutory consumer forums, authorities, and other bodies whose jurisdiction cannot legally be excluded, the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with BEAADORI.
