BEAADORI is a brand of The Old Cottage, registered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1. Replacement & Refund

BEAADORI strives to ensure that every piece reaches you in excellent condition. If you experience an issue with your jewellery, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so that we can review and assist you.

2. Replacement

Replacement may be provided in case of a verified product issue, including:

·        Damage or breakage;

·        Manufacturing or quality issues;

·        Distortion or deformation; or

·        An incorrect product being delivered.

Replacement is subject to verification by BEAADORI and availability of the relevant piece.

3. Refunds

BEAADORI primarily resolves eligible product issues through replacement.

A refund may be provided only in exceptional circumstances where the replacement piece is unavailable, the product is out of stock, discontinued, or BEAADORI is otherwise unable to provide a suitable replacement due to circumstances on the seller’s side.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable original payment method or another suitable payment method communicated by BEAADORI.

4. Product Verification

All replacement or refund requests are subject to verification. Customers may be requested to provide photographs, videos, and other relevant information to help us assess the issue.

For damaged, broken, missing, or incorrect products, an unboxing video showing the sealed package and the product received may be required.

5. Product Condition

Replacement or refund consideration may be affected where the issue has resulted from misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorised alteration, repair, resizing, or other damage caused after delivery.

Jewellery should be handled and stored in accordance with the care instructions provided by BEAADORI.

6. Processing

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, BEAADORI will arrange the applicable replacement or refund.

Replacement is generally provided with the same product, subject to availability. Where the same piece is unavailable, BEAADORI will communicate the available resolution.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

BEAADORI is a brand of The Old Cottage, registered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable statutory consumer forums and authorities, the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Policy.
